Variation

No variation to these terms and conditions of trade are permitted.

Liability.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of the goods purchased for any application.

No guarantee is given or implied as to  the suitabilty of any  of the goods purchased. In the event of dispute Sprint Manufacturing may only be liable for the value of the goods supplied in any event.

Any recommendations or advice given by Sprint Manufacturing or any of its employees is given without liability.

Product pictures.

As manufacturers work on the principle of continous improvement, some products may vary from the pictures shown on this website.

Delivery.

Acceptance and processing of your order is subject to stock availability and absence of any circumstances beyond the control of Sprint Manufacturing which may delay or prevent its safe delivery.

UK mainland (Except Highlands on larger packages)

Delivery charge 15% (minimum £3.00) up to a  £8.95 maximum.

Delivery on all batteries (Orders over  £150 see below) £8.95

All on-line orders over £150, free delivery.

All other orders 15% maximum

Export orders to be advised. Outside EU vat will be removed (Multiply any price by 0.8696)

ORDERING ONLINE -  DELIVERY CHARGE WILL NOT BE SHOWN IN THE TOTAL. We are not able to show the delivery charge with this online ordering system.

Sprint Manufacturing may use any delivery method available.

Delivery days.

Whilst Sprint Manufacturing makes every effort to ensure that goods are dispatched as quickly and efficiently as possible, we will not accept liability for the delay in dispatch, or the delay in delivery of your order.

Damages and shortages

You must notify Sprint Manufacturing in writing or by email within 3 days of the delivery of your order of any damages or shortages, or no liabilty can be accepted.

Returns

Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of the delivery and be in a resaleable condition. This means unused and unmarked. Goods returned incomplete or in damaged/used condition will not be refunded. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned goods will not be returned without a returns form.
